Terms of Service

Draft — takes effect at public launch.

1. The service

nomac compiles, signs, and distributes iOS application builds from your source repositories on Apple hardware that we operate. You remain responsible for your code, your Apple account, and your apps' compliance with Apple's Program License Agreement.

2. Your account

Access is via GitHub authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your App Store Connect credentials current. You may revoke nomac's access at any time.

3. Acceptable use

Don't submit malware, attempt to escape build isolation, mine cryptocurrency, or resell build capacity. Builds are customer-initiated; you must hold the rights needed to build and distribute the code you submit.

4. Billing

Plans are per-build monthly allowances or one-off build credits processed by our merchant of record. Allowances reset monthly; unused builds don't roll over. Failed builds caused by nomac infrastructure don't count against your quota.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We aim for reliable builds and honest status reporting, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and Apple toolchain changes can temporarily break builds.
